Llevo más de 15 años trabajando en Recursos Humanos en compañías multinacionales como Inditex, MUJI, Walgreens y Hewlett Packard. He estado al otro lado del proceso de selección: he revisado cientos de CVs y he entrevistado perfiles de todos los niveles, desde recién graduados hasta directores. Por eso sé qué funciona en el mercado laboral y qué no.
Mi carrera también ha sido internacional. Desde 2009 he vivido y trabajado en Londres, Costa Rica, Ciudad de México y Kuala Lumpur. Esto me ha dado una visión muy clara de lo que supone reinventarse profesionalmente en otro país: cambiar de idioma, ajustar tu perfil a otro mercado, volver a empezar sin red de contactos y gestionar la incertidumbre. Desde julio de 2025 estoy de vuelta en el Reino Unido, donde actualmente resido y trabajo con clientes en todo el mundo.
Tengo un Postgrado en Coaching por la Universidad de Birkbeck (Londres) y desde 2019 trabajo como Consultora de Carrera y Talento, combinando mi experiencia en RR. HH. con herramientas prácticas de empleabilidad.

About me
’m Ángela Sánchez, a Career Coach specialised in helping international professionals take the next step in their careers with clarity, strategy, and real results.
I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, working for multinational companies such as Inditex, MUJI, Walgreens and Hewlett Packard. I’ve been on the other side of the hiring process: I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs and interviewed candidates at all levels, from recent graduates to senior directors. Because of this, I know what works in today’s job market – and what doesn’t.
My career has also been international. Since 2009, I have lived and worked in London, Costa Rica, Mexico City and Kuala Lumpur. This has given me a very clear understanding of what it takes to reinvent your career in another country: changing languages, adapting your profile to a new market, starting again without a network, and managing uncertainty. Since July 2025 I have been back in the United Kingdom, where I currently live and work with clients around the world.
I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London, and since 2019 I have worked as a Career and Talent Consultant, combining my HR background with practical employability coaching.
